DRAW, DRAW, DRAW!!
Tuesdays at 7pm, July 29 to August 24
That’s five weeks, or you can drop in for individual classes.
In class, you or your child will learn basic, classical drawing principles by working from observation, and will get to use them to draw animals, people, places, and things. Each artist will also have a chance to draw from their own imagination, and to put it all together in their own way. Artists will get to follow their own interests, with plenty of freedom and support. Come discover the magic of creating a three-dimensional world on a two-dimensional piece of paper!
Here’s how it works:
~~ Children, teens, and adults are all welcome.
~~ The class will run from 7pm and 9pm, with one-hour and two-hour options.
~~ 7pm to 8pm will include group instruction, drawing demonstrations, and individual work time.
~~ 8pm to 9pm will include additional individual work time, with opportunities for feedback.
~~ Artists can sign up for one hour or both hours.
~~ Materials can be as simple as a pencil and eraser. Using color materials is an option, too.
Cost:
This class will be on a sliding scale, to make it accessible to everyone who would like to come. Please be thoughtful about what financial aid you need and what financial resource you can contribute.
