What We’re Doing:
Our theme will be making personal art work and art work about climate change. Artists will have plenty of freedom and support to pursue their own interests. Artists can:
∙ work on portfolio pieces for CAPA or art school.
∙ work individually or collaboratively on large-scale work for a rainforest installation we will be creating in Woodmere Art Museum’s Children’s Gallery this September.
∙ work on art for change, in the form of protest posters, large props for actions, or other things.
∙ do other independent art projects.
We will have every artist’s dream: studio time, studio space, as much instruction as you need, a community of dedicated, enthusiastic art comrades, and a museum show for what we all create together. Join us!

This class is for:
Adults and people in middle school, high school, art school, and college. If your younger child would like to attend, please contact me.

About COVID:
We will be meeting indoors and outside on my loading dock, which is shady in the mornings, and is covered by a canopy. Vaccination is required and we will practice social distancing. Please plan on wearing a mask indoors so we can be safe in the studio.

Cost:
The cost is $185/week, with a sliding scale from $120 to $360. If you will be painting, you may use my acrylic painting materials for a $15 materials fee, or bring your own.

Registration and Payment
If you are paying the break-even fee:
You can register and pay here. If you are registering for multiple weeks, one registration form is fine. Just write in which weeks you will be attending.

If you would like to pay a different amount:

DUE TO LIMITED SPACE, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HOLD A SPACE FOR YOU UNTIL I RECEIVE A 50% DEPOSIT.
