It's never too late to learn realist drawing and painting!  In these classes, you will be working from observation to make drawings or paintings of things you choose yourself, with as much guidance as you would like.

I will teach you classical techniques of simplifying shapes and using light and shadow to create pictures that really look three-dimensional.

You can draw with pencil, charcoal, or any other material. People who choose to paint can use either acrylic paint or oil paint, which are both very forgiving materials that allow you to make as many changes as you need to. Come enjoy the magic of realism!

WINTER 2018

Teens & Adults Materials Fee
from $0.00

You can use my materials for a small fee, or bring your own. I provide acrylic paint, pallets, and canvas board. If you would like to use watercolor or oil paint, you are welcome to bring your own. If you want to invest in your own supplies, it is probably easiest if we talk about what to get at a class first, but I also have a materials list I can email you if you would like one.
